Our research group at the Swiss Federal Research Institute WSL. We combine field and remote sensing data with novel modelling tools to explore the role of changing glaciers in mountain ecosystems.

TEMPEST is funded by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) grant. The MSCA funds research and innovation and equips researchers at all stages of their career with new knowledge and skills, through mobility across borders and exposure to different sectors and disciplines.

An amazing organization, the World Glacier Monitoring Service has been compiling and disseminating standardized data on glacier fluctuations for more than half a Century!

Fundación Glaciares Chilenos

A Chilean NGO focusing on the diffusion, education and protection of the glaciers of across Chile. I have collaborated with this NGO in the past and also wrote some articles about glaciers in Chile and the World (in Spanish and English)
